# Simpler Way to Build Compliance Portals

Adding documents, audits, and subprocessors to a compliance portal is now a checkbox list instead of jumping through separate add dialogs. 

Building out a [compliance portal](/products/compliance-portal) used to mean jumping into separate dialogs to add documents, audits, and subprocessors one at a time. Now the console just shows your organization’s own documents, audits, and subprocessors with a checkbox next to each.

Check the ones you want [visible on the portal](/docs/product/compliance-portal/publishing-content), uncheck the ones you don’t. Same data, just laid out so you can see everything at once instead of hunting through add dialogs.
