# Compliance Portal Manager Roles

Delegate day-to-day compliance portal work with two focused roles, so teammates can manage portal content or approve visitor access requests without full organization admin access. 

Not everyone who touches your [compliance portal](/products/compliance-portal) needs the keys to the whole organization. [Two new roles](/docs/product/roles-and-permissions) fix that: Compliance Portal Manager, for people who manage the portal’s content full time, and Compliance Portal Access Manager, for people who only approve visitor access requests.

Assign either role to a teammate and they get exactly the surface they need, nothing more. It is a smaller grant than admin, and a more specific one than a general member.

If you have been adding people as admins just so they can review portal access requests, this is the role built for that instead.
