# Identity Avatars for People

Anyone in the organization can upload a profile photo. It replaces the initials placeholder on people lists, owner cells, and the account menu.

People can now have a real photo instead of initials. Upload one from their profile and it shows up on [people lists](/docs/product/identity-and-access), owner cells, and the account menu.
