# Link Tasks to Linear

Turn a Probo task into a Linear issue, keep the two aligned as work moves forward, and remove the link when plans change. Teams and issue details are available from the task workflow. 

Tasks can now [connect to Linear](/docs/developers/api/mcp/tools/catalog/linear). Pick a team, publish a task as an issue, and unlink it later if the work no longer belongs there.

Probo returns the issue identifier right away, then keeps the linked task aligned through a background job. The task and its Linear issue can stay connected as the work changes.
