Keep Linear Comments in Sync

Comments on linked tasks now travel with the work. Linking or publishing copies existing comments, and later edits and deletions sync between Probo and Linear. Comments from people outside Probo remain intact without a Probo owner.

A Linear comment from someone who is not a Probo member is kept without a Probo owner. The discussion stays attached to the work instead of splitting across two timelines.
