# Link Existing Linear Issues

Find a Linear issue in a team and attach it to an existing Probo task, or choose it while creating one. That gives work already underway a shared home, with the issue visible from the task workflow. 

A task does not have to start in Probo to stay connected. Search a Linear team and link an existing issue to a task, or make the same choice while creating a new task.

The issue link stays with the task, so teams can bring active Linear work into Probo without recreating it first.
